Ryssland: Forsatta lögner i MH17-utredningen.

Stefan Lindgren skriver i senaste ”Ryska Posten” nr 40 om Nya ”bevis” om MH-17

Enligt det ryska utrikesdepartementet är de inspelningar som offentliggjorts av den ”internationella undersökningsgruppen” (JIT) i fallet med det nedskjutna malaysiska passagerarplanet MH-17. med förfalskningar. Redan vid en snabb bekantskap med inspelningarna skiner det teatraliska igenom:
  Rysk officer 1: ”Vi får också order från Moskva. Det är samma sak med oss.”
  Rysk officer 2: ”Men det är FSB i ditt fall? Eller hur?”
  Rysk officer 1: ”Ja.”
  Rysk officer 2: ”Och det är GRU i vårt fall. Det är den enda skillnaden.”

Och så vidare, med ett enda syfte, att få Kreml att framstå som direkt ansvarig för nedskjutningen.

Tydliga omnämnanden – bara alltför tydliga för att vara trovärdiga – görs av order från Rysslands försvarsminister Sjojgu och den dåvarande chefen för presidentadministrationen Surkov.

De nya inspelningarna skiljer sig dock på en punkt. Det talas ingenstans direkt om att rysk militär eller militär från de självutropade republikerna LNR och DNR skulle ha genomfört nedskjutningen.

Följaktligen blir det svårt att lägga inspelningarna till grund för det planerade åtalet i en distriktsdomstol i Haag.

Problematiskt för åtalet blir också att Ukraina inte har offentliggjort vare sig inspelad trafik mellan flygledning och flygplan eller radardata (USA har heller inte offentliggjort satellitdata), liksom att flygplanets hemland, Malaysia, fördömer de holländska utredarnas politisering och mordanklagelser mot namngivna ryssar som ”löjliga. Rättegången, som inleds vid en distriktsdomstol i Haag den 9 mars, planeras att bli en stor och årslång skådeprocess mot Ryssland. Domstolen har avsatt ca 150 dagar till att behandla åtalet mot ett antal utpekade ryssar.

Ryssland erkänner inte domstolens jurisdiktion, i synnerhet som det inte har tillåtits delta i den ”internationella” utredningen.

  1. Är detta ett svar på holländska parlamentarikers KRAV på att utreda Ukrainas brott ( att inte stänga luftrummet)??

    Eric van de Beek intervju med Max van der Werff, Amsterdam:
    JIT head of investigation Fred Westerbeke pointed out in an interview that he did not include in the research the report from BUK manufacturer Almaz Antey. He literally said: “Their conclusion is the total opposite from our own conclusion. We do not agree with it. However, I am not going to judge whether their conclusions are wrong or right.” I found it rather disconcerting to read this, because Westerbeke is actually claiming the only information we want from Russia is information that would demonstrate their guilt, the remainder does not interest us and we will not be bothered to falsify any data when that would benefit Russia.

    According to Pieter Klein of RTL News, the government would have told the surviving relatives that holding Ukraine responsible for the open airspace might disrupt cooperation with Ukraine inside the JIT. That could in turn damage any investigation of the perpetrators. The word ‘blackmail’ comes to mind when I read that the Netherlands is afraid of offending Ukraine.

  2. det är möjligt att det var ett av ukrainas rysktillverkade su-25 som sköt ner mh-17. varför ändrade wikipedia uppgifterna om högsta flyghöjd för su-25 från 10000 m till 7000 m efter nerskjutningen. su-25 har varit uppe på över 10000 m enligt https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk%3ASukhoi_Su-25
    . Alexander Rutskoy (vice-president of Russia in 1991-1993) was in command of an air assault regiment in Afganistan from 1985 to 1988 and had 6-year experience of flying Su-25. In an RTR TV channel talk show of October 10, 2014 he confirmed of reaching up to 12,000 meter altitude aboard this aircraft in several flights with its maximum ceiling being 14,600 meters. Who knows it better? Kindly insert his story into the article and stop making us lauph any longer. But one does have to put on an oxygen mask higher than 7,000 meters.

    The 10-day NATO exercise code named «BREEZE 2014» has ended in Black Sea. The exercise, which included the use of electronic warfare and electronic intelligence aircraft such as the Boeing EA-18G Growler and the Boeing E3 Sentry Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS), coincided with the shootdown of Malaysian Airlines Flight 17 in eastern Ukraine, some 40 miles from the Russian border. NATO ships and aircraft had the Donetsk and Luhansk regions under total radar and electronic surveillance.

    However, 200 U.S. Army personnel normally assigned to bases in Germany were in Ukraine during the time of the MH-17 fly-over. They were participating in NATO exercise RAPID TRIDENT II. Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense led the exercise.
